Biscuit waffles

Ingredients :

1 cup flour
1/2 cup powder sugar
4 tbsp vanilla sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 sticks butter (melted)
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp lemon extract
8 tbsp warm water

Preparation

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the warm water( set the egg white aside).
Add the powder sugar, vanilla sugar and the lemon extract, whisk all together.
Incorporate the flour, yeast and melted butter.
In another bowl beat the egg whites until stiff peak forms.
Incorporate the egg whites to the batter delicately.

Heat the waffle maker and bake for about 3 mn or until gold.
